Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sales between Dancing Dead Records and its customers via the online store.
Orders
Every order implies full acceptance of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute with a customer.
Pricing
Displayed prices are shown in Euros (including VAT). They may be modified at any time, but the applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Secure Payment
Payment is made via credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Shop Pay, or PayPal. Transactions are fully secured by the Shopify Payments platform.
Legal Warranty
All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with current legal provisions.
Mediation
In the event of an unresolved dispute, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable solution.
